Mike Peacock

Mike trained at the Arden School of Theatre. As an actor, he has worked with a number of different of theatre companies and in 2001 he co-founded Rhema Theatre Company, which has since toured to over 2 million people all over the UK.  As a writer, Michael has created over 40 different theatre productions of all shapes & sizes for Rhema, a selection performed on radio stations TWR, GMR and UCB. He has had work published for Riding Lights Theatre Company, and has developed & work-shopped scripts with Soho Theatre Company. His book, ‘Boris The Robot’ was recently published for Heartsmart. He has just completed his first children’s novel.

As a filmmaker, Mike’s films have been shown at a number of film festivals ands have been nominated for several awards. He has recently completed a commission for a series of short films for Spring Harvest. He is currently developing his first feature film.

Becky Peacock

Rebecca grew up in Gloucestershire within a family of musicians and trained as a viola player at the Junior Guildhall School of Music and Drama and Wells Cathedral School. As an actor/musican she performed with the National Youth Music Theatre (Edinburgh festival, West Yorkshire Playhouse, Sadlers Wells, Royal Albert Hall) and has toured all over the world from Argentinian Rain Forests to West End Theatres!  As a producer Rebecca produced A Christmas Miracle a children’s television pilot and short films The Date, Alicija & Into The Dark. More recently she produced a series of short films for Spring Harvest.


Jon Anelli

Jon Anelli Is a Northwest based Actor and film maker. Jonathan studied Drama and Screen at the University of Manchester and decided that acting want for him. He was of course wrong and became a regular with Rhema theatre company touring the country with shows aimed at primary school age children. Since then Jon has moved sideways into the world of video production. He still attends classes at the prestigious Manchester School of acting and pursues performance projects when his schedule allows it.


Matt Britton

Matthew trained an an actor, before staging his first play, ‘lightweights,’ recipient of the Coventry Motor Centenary award. He has performed extensively across  the UK, Italy and Germany, on stage, as well as television and radio credits.  

As artistic director of In Yer Face Theatre Company, Matthew wrote, directed and performed in numerous pieces, including ‘All is Calm’ staged in partnership with the Imperial War Museum North. Other work includes writing podcasts, devotionals, and teaching in prison. He is married with four children. Matthew is a life-long Man Utd fan and a believer in prison reform- the two might be connected. 


Jamie Higgins

Jamie is both an actor and a qualified Bible teacher. He is currently working at Calvary Chapel, York Bible College and enjoys performing regularly at Frigate theatre in an improvised comedy show called ‘Right here, right now’. Jamie is passionate about communicating the Gospel in many mediums and has an active role in street evangelism in the city of York. He also works in TV and film as an extra. He would love to see more of the bible in main stream cinema and TV and is currently praying about any further possibilities that may arise to do so.


Diana Hopkins

Diana trained at Roehampton Institute, London and Birmingham School of Speech and Drama. She spent 15 years as an actor, writer & director, working mainly in theatre & radio. Productions include The Cherry Orchard, Sleeping Beauty, Rough Diamonds, Different Drum, When Worlds Collide, and A Christmas Miracle. She has appeared in several short films and has voiced numerous radio commercials and podcasts. As a writer she has adapted classics such as Sophocles' Oedipus Rex and Ovid's Metamorphoses, and the short film Cast Away. She retrained as a drama teacher, before taking up her current post as a children and families pastor. 


Fiona Palmer

Fiona trained at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art. Credits include: "Beyond the Brink" (Alma Tavern, Bristol), "Three Men in a Boat" (York Theatre Royal), Proof (Oldham Coliseum), "Rookery Nook" (Oxford Stage Company), "Much Ado About Nothing" (Creation Theatre), "Dick Turpin" (Riding Lights Theatre Company), "Blude Red" (Cutting Edge Theatre), "Hayfever" (Wellington Rep, New Zealand), & various National & European tours. TV and film roles include the Good Queen in "Snow White" for ABS (US), channel 4's Comedy Lab and various independent films. Fiona has worked as a voice over artist in radio and commercials and she sings jazz with a Bristol based trio.


Ivan Scoble

Harking from Cornwall, Ivan is an actor and comedian now based in York. He has worked extensively in theatre and film for many years. Previous work includes ‘The Sound of Music’, 'Twelfth Night’, ‘An Inspector Calls’ and 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' with the RNT; ‘Angel at Large’, ’Saving Grace', ‘Calvary’, Redemption Song’, 'York Mystery Plays' and the short film ‘Unscripted’ with Riding Lights Theatre Company; ‘The Letter’, ’Home' and the film 'Into The Dark' for Rhema Theatre Company. Ivan also performs in the online sketch show ‘Dubsketch’ and hosts a comedy night in York with his company ’Wozzon Comedy.’
